240L Dustbin Mould

Introduction

The 240L Dustbin Mould is a mold specially designed for producing 240-liter trash cans. The main function of the mold is to inject the plastic raw materials into the mold cavity through the injection molding machine, and form a standard-sized trash can after cooling and solidification.

 

Manufacturing process

1. Mold design
The cavity and core of the mold are made of C45 and P20 materials, which are medium carbon steel and plastic mold steel respectively, with good hardness and wear resistance. The mold frame is made of C45 to ensure the structural stability and long-term service life of the mold.

 

2. Injection molding process
The mold uses a hot runner open gate, which can effectively reduce the cooling and curing time of the plastic, improve production efficiency and reduce waste. The hot runner system ensures that the molten plastic flows evenly throughout the mold.

 

3. Injection molding machine
The mold is suitable for 3300T injection molding machine. The high tonnage of the injection molding machine can ensure that during the injection molding process of large-sized trash can molds, sufficient pressure and temperature control are provided to ensure that the plastic raw materials in the mold fully fill the cavity.

 

4. Mold structure and size
The size of the mold is 1385X1150X1450 mm, which meets the needs of producing large trash cans and can adapt to the requirements of large-scale production.

 

How to maintain

1. Clean the mold regularly
Use a soft cloth and a suitable detergent to clean the mold surface regularly, especially the injection port and the cavity. Avoid the accumulation of plastic residue.

 

2. Lubrication and maintenance
Check and lubricate the guide rails, sliders and moving parts of the mold regularly, use appropriate lubricants to reduce friction and avoid wear.

 

3. Check the injection system
Check whether the gate part is blocked or worn. If there is any abnormality, clean or replace it in time to ensure the uniform flow of plastic.

 

4. Check the mold structure
Check the wear of the cavity and core regularly to ensure that there is no serious damage or deformation. If any problems are found, repair or replace them in time.
