2. the cost of electrical discharge machining is relatively high. Compared to general machining methods, electrical discharge machining equipment requires a larger investment, and the machining process also requires more electrical and mechanical energy, increasing production costs.

Part drawing design provided by customer. After receiving the customer's initial part design, we will check the details and analyze the part design and its plastic raw materials. For some complex parts, we may need to produce a DFM report to show the customer the details of the part design. The DFM report is sent to the customer in the form of a PDF file or a PPT file, and the customer can understand the details of the part design from the report, and also understand the concept of mold design. After the DFM report is submitted to the customer, the customer will discuss and tell us if we need to improve the part design. Most customers will ask us to change the part design for them.
