Introduction

Manufacturing process

1. Mold design and manufacturing
The mold cavity and core are made of steel materials such as C45, P20, 718 and 2738, and P20 material is used as the mold frame to provide sufficient strength and stability.

2. Injection molding process
The hot runner system is used to ensure that the plastic flows evenly into the mold cavity in a molten state. The 650-ton injection molding machine is used to ensure sufficient pressure and injection capacity so that the plastic material can completely fill the mold cavity.

3. Injection molding process
PP and PE plastic materials are selected, and the hot runner system is used. The mold heating process is more precise, which can improve the mold cooling efficiency and avoid product deformation caused by uneven cooling.

4. Mold processing
The mold cavity and core are processed with high-precision processing technology, and the mold material is heat treated (such as quenching, tempering, etc.) to improve hardness and wear resistance, ensuring that the mold can withstand a large number of production cycles.

5. Testing and debugging
After the mold is manufactured, multiple mold trials are required to ensure that the parameters such as temperature, pressure and speed of the injection molding machine match.
