How to maintain 

Clean the mold surface
After each production, clean the plastic residue, dirt and other impurities on the mold cavity and core in time.

Lubricate moving parts
Regularly add lubricating oil to the mold's sliders, guide pins, guide sleeves and other moving parts.

Temperature control check
Ensure that the temperature control system of the mold is normal during operation to avoid damage to the mold material due to excessively high or low temperatures.

Injection system check
Regularly check whether there is blockage in the heating elements and runners of the hot runner system to prevent uneven material distribution or injection difficulties during the injection molding process.
