Transparent Chair Mould

Introduction

Transparent Chair Mould is a mold equipment used to produce transparent chairs. It is usually made of high-strength metal material, capable of withstanding high temperature and pressure, and is used in injection molding or blow molding processes.

Manufacturing process

Mold material selection
Use high-quality steels such as C45, P20, 718H and 2738. These materials have good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high thermal stability, suitable for long-term use. C45 steel as a mold frame material has high strength and durability, suitable for stable support when bearing high pressure inside the mold.

Injection system design
The cold runner design helps to reduce mold cooling time while avoiding the problem of uneven plastic flow. It is suitable for producing plastic products with complex shapes and high surface finish requirements such as transparent chairs.

Injection molding machine selection
The mold is suitable for 800-ton injection molding machines, which can provide sufficient injection pressure to ensure sufficient filling and molding of polycarbonate materials, avoiding bubbles or defects.

Dimension and precision control
The mold size is 885X825X1000 mm, which can produce chairs with a size of 395X380X900 mm, ensuring the accuracy of each part of the chair during the molding process, especially in the seat and backrest of the chair.

How to maintain

1. Regular cleaning
Clean the mold cavity and core regularly to prevent the accumulation of plastic residue or contaminants. Keeping the surface smooth helps improve the quality of molded products, especially the appearance of transparent material products.

2. Lubrication and anti-corrosion
Regularly add appropriate lubricants to the moving parts of the mold (such as guide pillars, sliders, etc.) to reduce wear and friction and ensure smooth operation.

3. Check and replace wearing parts
Check the wear of the mold regularly and repair or replace it when necessary. Avoid product quality degradation due to excessive wear.

4. Check the clamping force regularly
Make sure the mold clamping force is always in the correct range. Too high or too low clamping force will affect the molding effect and may even damage the mold parts.

5. Proper storage
When the mold is not in use, make sure it is stored in a dry, non-corrosive gas environment to avoid moisture or external force damage.
